Shipping Areas
 

We currently ship within Switzerland and to selected countries.

If you would like to order from outside these regions, please contact us at godfirstclo@gmx.ch so we can review an individual solution.
 

Processing & Delivery Times
 

Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

Delivery times vary by destination:

• Switzerland: approx. 2–5 business days

• Europe: approx. 5–10 business days

• International shipments: we cannot provide a fixed estimate, as delivery times may be affected by various factors.
   

Please note that delays may occur due to public holidays or increased shipping volumes.
 

Shipping Costs
 

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
As a general guideline:
 

• Switzerland: free shipping

• International shipping costs may vary depending on the region.
   

Order Tracking
 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, where available.
 

Customs Duties and Taxes
 

For orders shipped outside Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by us.

Please check with your local customs authority in advance regarding possible charges.
 

Undeliverable Shipments
 

If a delivery is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, additional shipping costs may apply for re-shipment.
 

Shipping Damage
 

Please inspect your goods immediately upon receipt. If the package is visibly damaged, report this to the carrier right away and document the damage with photos.
