General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application
 
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the website of waymakr or God First (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).
By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
Any deviating conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

3. Conclusion of Contract
 
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding order for the products contained in your shopping cart.
The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to reject orders without stating reasons, in particular in cases of suspected fraud or payment default.
 
4. Prices and Payment Terms
 
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and currently exclude VAT, as we are not yet subject to VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process.
Free shipping applies to orders within Switzerland.
The available payment methods are shown at checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.).
In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees or assign the claim to a debt collection agency.
 
5. Shipping and Delivery
 
Information on shipping costs, delivery times, and shipping zones can be found in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
If a product is temporarily unavailable, you will be informed by email.
We accept no liability for delivery delays caused by shipping providers or force majeure. This applies in particular to shipments outside Switzerland.
 
6. Retention of Title
 
The goods remain the property of God First / waymakr until full payment has been received.
 
7. Returns and Refunds
 
Details regarding returns and refunds can be found in our Refund Policy.
Please note that only unworn and undamaged products in their original packaging can be returned.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
 
8. Warranty
 
All our watches are supplied with a 2-year international warranty, provided by Chrono AG, Solothurn (Switzerland).
Further details can be found in our Warranty Policy.
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper handling.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
We assume no liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, or consequential damages (e.g. loss of profit, data loss, transport damage).
Mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.

10. Data Protection

The protection of your personal data is important to us.
Information on the collection, processing, and use of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

11. Copyright

All content on this website (texts, images, graphics, logos, design, product descriptions, etc.) is protected by copyright and is the property of waymakr / God First.
Any use, reproduction, or distribution without express permission is prohibited.

12. Amendments to the GTC

We reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time.
The current version is available on our website. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction shall be St. Gallen, Switzerland, insofar as legally permissible.
