Delivery of the ordered watches will take place at a later date , likely in spring 2026. This ensures that each watch is manufactured with the care and precision that Swiss Made deserves and avoids overproduction.
We ship to all countries, but we are not liable for any additional costs such as customs duties, taxes, or other charges. We ship via Swiss Post and are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
Yes, it is possible to return the watch within 14 days of our shipment.
To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unworn and in its original packaging, including all tags, protective films, etc. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our manufacturer. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.
All our watches come with a 2-year international warranty provided by Chrono AG, Solothurn (Switzerland) .
The warranty includes:
Material and manufacturing defects of the clockwork, hands or dial
Failure of water resistance (within the specified depth range, provided the crown and case have not been tampered with)
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches on the case, strap or glass, color changes or material aging)
Damage caused by accidents, improper handling or negligence
Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
Battery replacement (if applicable)
Bracelets or accessories
If a defect covered by the warranty occurs, the watch will be repaired or replaced free of charge .
